The Trade Communications team develops and implements all B2B marketing positioning and strategy for Disney Ad Sales via trade website, DAS-owned social media accounts, and trade marketing initiatives. We unlock the power of the DAS portfolio within the B2B landscape by elevating brand awareness and amplifying thought leadership. The Trade Communications team is here to drive consideration and socialize ad sales solutions to clients and agencies.
Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with Sr. Manager to create the strategy and execution of Trade Campaign Initiatives around key tent-poles and sales priorities
  • Manage content updates to the Disney Advertising Sales B2B Website and Blog
  • Manage social media content and calendar for execution across Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn accounts
  • Provide monthly performance recaps for the website and all social media accounts
  • Interact and manage projects with external vendors such as:
  • Website development agency to execute on-going updates and maintenance of trade site
  • Creative agency to produce public-facing design assets for social media
  • Media agency to create trade marketing plans
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications and the Sales team to amplify best in class work while ensuring messaging aligns with press coverage and industry announcements
  • Lead internal meetings, as needed, for responsible assignments
  • Assist in developing insights-led category positioning and communication efforts
  • Assist Director and Sr. Manager, as needed, to promote and amplify sponsorships with industry conferences and events
  • Ability to develop sales materials (e.g., crafting an outline, presenting concepts to internal stakeholders, art directing and/or designing, producing final material via PowerPoint, Keynote, and/or other formats)
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization
  • Take on additional responsibilities as the business evolves and as needed
  • Candidates must be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and successfully juggle multiple assignments at once with tight deadlines. Candidates should demonstrate resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities, and be able to work independently and with others at all levels.


Basic Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in related fields (sales support, marketing, advertising, communications)
  • Superior understanding of website development
  • Expertise in using social media to amplify brand narrative and engage followers
  • Basic understanding of website development and analytics
  • Present narratives in an organized, effective, and thoughtful way
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Preferred Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
