The Manager, Social Media is responsible for engaging the social communities, including:
- Monitoring and responding according to guidelines
- Reporting, analysis and ongoing insights and recommendations to build and foster the community and relationships
- Collaboration and development of content with the team

Required Skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize

- Interest in social and emerging media
- Understanding of social media tools and capabilities, including:
- Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, etc)
- Management tools (Spredfast, Sprinklr, etc.)
- Digital monitoring
- Influencer outreach
- Social media measurement/analytics
Required Experience
- Two to three years of experience in a digital marketing environment
- Specific hands-on experience with social marketing channels
- Demonstrated success with client relationships, team management and business development
