Manager, Performance Media
Are you a performance marketer with a keen eye for data and analytics? A storyteller who seeks to know their audiences and build compelling programs that drive action? We’re looking for a Performance Manager that understands the unique combination of precise audience segmentation, relevant messaging, strategic media planning, experimental design and overall customer journey, while rooted in driving ROI and scalable outcomes. As a Performance Manager, you’ll have ownership of driving demand generation for our SMS product suite. In addition, you’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Creative, Sales , Analytics, Lifecycle, Web and Media Activation teams to ensure flawless execution across multiple channels, campaigns and lifecycle programs.

How You Will Make a Difference
- Design, execute, and maintain SMS Demand Gen programs to deliver against business goals
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization including Brand, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Self-Serve Growth, Web, and SEO
- Primary point of contact for multiple teams including media briefing process and project stewardship to ensure all assets needed for launch
- Define and build measurement plan and reporting dashboard, ensuring proper tracking and data collection is in place and accurate
- Develop data strategy and media targets by channel and platform, including exploring emerging data, media and technology partners
- Gather and analyze campaign performance, including reporting learnings and developing wrap reports of key findings and best practices
- Architect ambitious test plans across channels, targets, creatives and tactics — all backed by audience insight, data and competitive trends
- Understand industry landscape, tech capabilities and competitive approach to recommend content, creative assets, CTAs, landing page experience to increase and scale new customers
- Develop and establish success criteria to help inform resource planning, campaign flighting and overall prioritization across multiple stakeholders
Who You Are
- 10+ years of performance media or media program management experience, with exposure to multi-channel campaigns
- Proven expertise in Performance Media, across Search, Programmatic and Paid Social
- Highly organized with ability to navigate a matrix organization, with self-sufficiency to represent our team approach and best practices
- Ability to learn technology, products and systems quickly
- Advanced analytics experience with ability to manage complex data sets across multiple sources e.g. Google Analytics, Salesforce
- Excellent organizational, time management and collaborative skills with ability to project manage across multiple teams with confidence and expertise
- Comfortable in a fast paced, agile and high growth environment with ability to navigate gray areas by developing new process and streamline workflows
