We are currently looking for a Manager, Media Strategy who has experience in developing and planning digital media programs that drive measurement engagement and performance. This is a perfect opportunity for a strategist looking to branch out and share their talents across industry verticals and begin making an impact on day one. The right candidate should have a passion for the growth and opportunities that exist for brands in digital, with a desire to turn their ideas into actionable plans.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead, grow and develop assigned clients across their media programs
- Foster and socialize innovate and new ideas and approaches that can improve customer and prospect experiences and conversion rates.
- Set digital media strategies for growth clients, guiding them through periodic campaign and business reviews
- Monitor campaign performance goals and work with Media Operations to ensure client expectations are met
- Manage clients’ monthly marketing activities and calendars to maximize performance
- Provide proactive market and industry research and analysis to clients to aid education and maturate programming
- Work with clients to identify overarching marketing and business goals, recommending additional Bounteous' offerings and capabilities that could help
- Understand and push the adoption of new techniques and technologies that are relevant for clients’ marketing strategies
- Drive adoption of best practices through leading by example, proactive communication, and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with Client Services to provide thought leadership on media strategies, tactics, insights and performance, as well as other emerging media opportunities
- Assist Business Development and Media team leadership as needed with Business Development opportunities relevant to experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a digital strategist or media specialist
- Digital agency background is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing landscape, creative, strategy, and best practice across all parts of the marketing funnel.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with external clients
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
