As the Manager of Marketing Services, you'll be responsible for leading SeatGeek's growing Marketing Services team which provides world-class marketing support for our partners. You'll work closely with our partners to understand their goals and provide them with valuable data insights, while also working closely with our fan-facing marketing team to identify marketing opportunities and tactics that deliver immense value for partners, fans, and SeatGeek. You will showcase marketing plans and results to current and prospective partners, understand what types of marketing levers should be pulled for different opportunities, and be able to step back and view marketing from a fan perspective. SeatGeek is passionate about expecting more from ticketing, and you will be on the forefront of making that happen.
What you'll do
- Manage delivery of SeatGeek marketing services for a growing portfolio of partners (such as the Dallas Cowboys, Brooklyn Nets, Arizona Cardinals, Cleveland Cavaliers, and many more), including but not limited to CRM, SEM, and analytics services
- Lead a growing team of analysts in servicing our partners through marketing efforts, analytics, and business insights
- Provide world-class marketing support that satisfies and delights our clients and partners
- Be a strong, passionate people manager focused on supporting and growing your employees
- Collaborate with stakeholders across SeatGeek to identify creative opportunities for expanding our offerings and own implementation of these services for our clients and partners
What you have
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, management consulting, or other client-facing roles; ideally comfortable in selling or upselling in some capacity
- 1-2 years of experience managing a geographically dispersed team
- Expert communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners alike to deliver successful outcomes
- Exceptional data analysis skills, especially utilizing Business intelligence software (Tableau, Yellowfin, Looker, etc.) and spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
- A passion for the sports and entertainment space and an eagerness to partner with venues and promoters to maximize revenue for their events
- Understanding of core marketing channels such as CRM, SEM, SEO, Social and Influencer
- Experience with SQL and Pixel Tracking is a plus
