The Role


We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven Manager, Marketing Operations to manage all operational and automation initiatives on the Demand Generation team. The individual in this role will lead the administration and management of all marketing tech stack integrations, lead routing, field mapping and optimizations of functionalities. The ideal candidate is organized and results driven with a strong attention to detail and passion for continuous learning of marketing funnel strategies. Success in this role also requires coordination with cross-functional partners across the Marketing, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence and Sales organizations. 


Location: We are open to this position being remote.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Own the marketing tech stack by leading the administration and management of integrations, lead routing, field mapping and optimizations of functionalities
  • Troubleshoot and QA workflows, data issues, and other key marketing ops functions
  • Manage the evaluation and implementation of new marketing tech
  • Work daily in Pardot, Outreach, Salesforce, and Full Circle Insights to ensure consistent tracking and routing workflows
  • Provide strategic guidance on marketing automation campaigns for customers and internal marketing teams
  • Support the optimization of lead scoring and routing methodology to increase funnel efficiencies and conversion rates
  • Provide thorough knowledge of best practices and processes for marketing automation and actively drive, organize, and participate in key enhancements in all marketing technology
  • Quickly implement projects involving diverse & complex data relationships
  • Manage the lead enrichment strategy for improving the quality of the database (prospect and customer) to enable effective segmentation and profiling
  • Ensure required data is captured at all buyer engagement stages and accurate multi-touch attribution is reported
  • Act as the main point of contact for the marketing team to partner with the revenue operations, BI & Analytics, and InfoSec teams
  • Work with the team to build marketing analytics reporting and develop insights to make recommendations on areas for optimization and improve performance benchmarks.
  • Provide leadership in defining, mapping and documenting key marketing processes

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years minimum experience in marketing automation, demand gen or similar role.
  • 3+ Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, full-funnel operations and working with sales teams preferred
  • Expert user of marketing automation and multi-touch attribution systems (Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo, Bizible, Full Circle Insights or similar)
  • Proficient user of Salesforce, familiarity with automation rules and triggers a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex data sets 
  • Proficient user of Excel and other data analysis tools. Tableau or similar is a nice-to-have.
  • Go-Getter: you’re eager, resourceful, and constantly put your problem-solving skills to the test. 
  • Tech Savvy: you utilize the latest tools to make your work as efficient as possible. You have a natural curiosity for the tech industry, and want to be part of high energy and passionate team about to make history
  • Quick: energetic is your baseline and you’re a fast learner. You get excited about and love solving puzzles and take pride in your work
  • Team Player: you strive for greatness, and know that teamwork is the way to get there. You’re a natural leader, and see yourself growing as our team expands 
  • BA/BS degree preferred
