We're looking for an experienced B2B marketing operations professional to lead MarTech implementation and optimization for the Restaurant Marketing Team, using best-in-class CRM to grow and retain our network of restaurant partners.
You will report to the Director of Restaurant Marketing and support the full lifecycle, collaborating with Acquisition, Retention, and Product Marketing teams. You will manage MarTech and key integrations with internal product and external applications and will be responsible for leading future technology implementation projects on behalf of the Restaurant Marketing team. You'll partner with Web Development, Data Engineering, Analytics, Sales Operations, and Product teams to achieve success.
The Impact You Will Make
- Own the MarTech roadmap for the Restaurant Marketing team across the full lifecycle, with Salesforce, Pardot, and Braze at its core
- Ensure MarTech integrates seamlessly with Grubhub's backend systems, core Grubhub product, and Sales technology to enable workflows, automation, lead scoring, and tracking
- Lead technology implementation and optimization by managing relationships with vendors and internal business stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Data Engineering to manage our restaurant contact data to support targeting, personalization, and segmentation
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Analytics to implement best practices for marketing attribution to analyze and report on campaign performance
What You Bring to the Table
- 6-8 years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, and/or Demand Generation
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Experience working with Marketing Automation tools (e.g. Braze, Marketo, Hubspot)
- Track record of successful technology implementation
- Strong project management experience
- Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders within Marketing, Engineering, and company leadership.

Vaccination Requirement: Grubhub employees are required to be fully vaccinated, and must be able to show proof of full-Covid-19 vaccination, and booster if eligible, prior to starting employment. Fully vaccinated is defined as: "2 weeks have passed since your second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson's vaccine."
