Our Opportunity:

The Marketing Analytics group is a fast-paced team that evaluates business performance, marketing programs, product promotions, and the financial impact of marketing strategies for all three brands in over 45 markets, summing up to $2.4bn in total sales and more than 2,400 restaurants in the Latin America region.

The Marketing Analytics team works directly with the brand President, Vice Presidents, and franchisees to develop marketing strategies for countries such as Brazil, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. The team also develops sales and volume forecasts to estimate impact on financials, profitability, and supply chain.

The Manager will be responsible for all work streams related to Marketing Analytics, with a primary focus on Popeyes and a supporting role in Burger King.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage analytics team to make data-driven recommendations and develop business strategies
  • Analyze sales, volume, and pricing data to evaluate business performance, product promotions, marketing programs, and pricing strategies
  • Develop compelling, profitable and sustainable marketing strategies based on thorough performance/competition analysis that help drive profitable sales and traffic on the mid and long-term
  • Build insightful presentations to help franchisees set the strategy and build the most profitable and sales-driving platforms in our menus
  • Develop monthly and annual sales and volume forecasts to ensure success of marketing strategies
  • Provide appropriate parties with timely, accurate and insightful analysis of marketing programs and tests
  • Work with IT teams to enable clear visibility into business metrics

 

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years relevant work experience in consulting, marketing analytics, finance, or another highly analytical background
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, hard sciences or Engineering preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-focused and results-oriented environment
  • Exceptional level of ownership mentality, self-motivation, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship will not be offered)
  • Willingness to travel internationally, specifically in Latin America
  • Spanish or Portuguese fluency preferred, but not required
