Manager, Digital Marketing Delivery
About the Role
The Manager, Digital Marketing Delivery role will build processes, infrastructure, and relationships between the Digital Marketing team and its internal customers to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives. We seek an experienced, hands-on leader with expertise in performance marketing, project management, and consensus-building. This role will report to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing.
Remote U.S. role within a reasonable commuting distance to our Austin, TX office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Build and lead processes to manage workflow, prioritize, and deliver digital marketing campaigns–quarterly and rapid response–in a high-quality, timely fashion for all lines of business served by Digital Marketing
Enforce, improve SLAs for deployment, reporting, and optimization of digital campaigns, setting expectations for stakeholders and ensuring internal customers receive a predictable, trackable experience
Own and refine interlock planning process with Campaigns, Field, and Ops
Build on Digital Marketing Hub with fresh internal communications, documentation, and educational content
Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement; you and your team must be forward-thinking and always pioneering, refining processes
Coordinate with Marketing Ops, Field Marketing, SEO, Global Campaigns team, Product Marketing Managers to execute, optimize campaign strategies related to targeted topics
Collaborate closely with other functions, including Web, Digital Programs, Global Campaigns, Product, Customer Marketing, Ecommerce, and Sales to execute cross-functional initiatives
What You’ll Need:
Experienced leader with proven, hands-on experience in digital marketing, project management, and building marketing processes and architecture from scratch
Hands-on digital marketing and ecommerce experience, preferably for B2B SaaS or ecommerce, across SEM, affiliate, display, and paid social with budgets over $5M
Fluency with Asana, Jira, and wiki maintenance a plus
An experienced people leader with 5+ years of people management experience and a strong desire to develop people in a supportive, accountable environment
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Accounting, Finance, or related work experience
Ability to skillfully and confidently grow the digital function to support company revenue and growth targets
Experience creating multi-channel, multi-touch attribution infrastructure and leveraging that data to improve channel performance
Extensive experience with digital media planning and buying including use of programmatic buying, direct buying through Google Adwords, Bing, Google Display, Facebook, and other display networks
Hands-on experience with leading 3rd-party digital marketing execution platforms, agencies, content management providers, and digital analytics tools; including Google Analytics, CRM and marketing automation platforms, advertising platforms, and attribution tools
Comfort and experience successfully communicating across large complex organizations, including peers, business stakeholders, and executive suite
Experience successfully managing third-party digital agencies to align to company strategy and goals and meet/exceed targets
