The Manager, Digital Marketing will support the digital experience team for one of the best-known brands in the QSR space. This position will own campaign management of Arby's owned digital channels, including email, Arbys.com, app and SMS, focusing on marketing communications, personalization and offer strategy.

The ideal candidate would be as hungry as we are to bring the power of personalization, CRM automation strategies and digital marketing to our business. They'd have experience in marketing an ecommerce business and tailoring messaging based on customer preferences, all with a keen focus on driving incremental visits, higher check size and net-new customers to the Arby's brand.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven storyteller, leveraging insights and cross-functional partners to build best-in-class digital campaigns that amplify brand marketing and menu innovations to a mobile-first consumer.

This position reports to Director, Digital Experience (Arby's).

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee all facets of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation strategies, journeys and triggers, calendar management, creative review and post analysis, working closely with our internal execution team and agency partners
  • Develop an owned channel framework for Arby's marketing calendar, creating seamless marketing experiences for guests moving from traditional to digital touchpoints
  • Develop and execute a customer-first promotional strategy, including national offers, 1:1 personalized offers, and digital-only offers, setting the foundation for a future loyalty program
  • Marketing manager for the Arby's e-commerce business, working with connections planning, paid media, field marketing and brand marketing to drive incremental digital sales and acquire new customers
  • Review, analyze, and interpret performance and sales data to provide actionable recommendations to improve online marketing performance


EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 4 year Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field


EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
  • 5-8+ years of experience


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
  • Excellent project manager with ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders
  • Experience managing a promotional and offer calendar
  • Demonstrated ability to create seamless, complimenting marketing experiences across traditional to digital channels
  • Leveraged first, second and third-party data sources to build targeted marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with SessionM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable
  • Extreme attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through; loves process and organization
  • Best-in-class communication skills and proven experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to complex business problems
  • Maverick approach to work, sense of humor and an insatiable curiosity of the digital space
  • Knowledge of media landscape and agency management
