The Salesforce Industry Demand Generation team is seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-driven marketing professional to develop and execute demand generation programs for the Communications Industry.
We are looking for an innovative data-driven marketer, who can work cross-functionally with our creative, content, product marketing, and go to market teams to develop full funnel marketing programs that drive awareness, return on investment, and pipeline for the business. This individual is responsible for leading and executing an integrated strategy that utilizes strategic audience targeting for tactics such as: email, paid digital, events, and webinars.
Proven experience utilizing data to understand and measure performance of tactics and programs is essential. This position requires strategic insight and planning, along with hands-on execution, coordination, and program management for all aspects of industry initiatives and campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
- Drive cross-functional teamwork across content, creative, product marketing, industry marketing, executive leadership and other groups to deliver outstanding, innovative, and creative marketing campaigns
- Development and execution of integrated demand generation plans and tactics that drive pipeline and revenue including: email, paid digital, and events.
- Measure, analyze and report out on campaign and pipeline contribution performance
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize programs and identify new investment opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years delivering integrated marketing campaigns, ideally in B2B space.
- Experience working with cross functional teams across multiple disciplines, reporting structures and priorities.
- Ability to synthesize business objectives, to develop and execute a successful campaign strategy that aligns to clearly defined metrics and KPIs.
- Shown success leading and optimizing marketing budgets
- Strong presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that is constantly evolving
- Exceptional organization and project management skills with keen attention to detail
