Manager, Brand Exclusive Experiences Content Strategist
The Capital One Brand team is seeking an innovative content-marketer with a strong social media and experiential marketing background to develop and drive new strategies and campaigns that expand awareness of the exclusive experiences available to Capital One customers across our extensive travel, dining and entertainment portfolio. This role works across line-of-business segments, and leads content strategy development and execution of digital campaigns that amplify exclusive experiences across a portfolio of channels, including paid and organic social, paid talent/influencers, long-form content platforms, associate advocacy platforms, and real-time social engagement. This role partners closely with internal business partners and partner teams to lead and deliver memorable work that builds awareness of Capital One’s premium access offerings with prospective customers and while triggering engagement with and use of these access benefits within the Capital One customer community.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Spearhead integrated campaign development and continuous learning and improvement across a portfolio of channels that support a full customer journey
Partner and consult with line-of-business marketing teams when exclusive experiences are part of their marketing strategy to develop and refine the content strategy that maximizes content’s contribution to and impact on marketing objectives
Lead and and contribute to cross-functional teams both within and outside of Brand to drive digital experience innovations that amplify premium customer experiences
Lead and partner with integrated marketing agencies and creative and production teams to bring the Capital One brand experience to life consistently through digital media
Work with internal experiential strategists, external sponsorship partners, and paid talent partners to develop and execute strategies that drive awareness and engagement with exclusive experiences within both in-person events and digital events and platforms
Lead learning agendas aimed at continuously raising the bar for our marketing work, influencing innovation and change by leaning into evidence and impact
Partner with paid media and mass advertising strategists to deliver impactful mass-integrated campaigns for major tentpole messages and events
Partner with SEO strategists and insights and research teams to ensure short and long-form content is designed with consumer needs and discoverability in mind

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 4 years of experience in a marketing strategy and campaign delivery role
5+ years of experience in a digital marketing strategy and campaign delivery role
3 or more years of experience in experiential/event-based marketing
3 or more years of experience in a social media leadership role
3 or more years of experience in a strategic web content marketing role
3 or more years of experience working within a large company
Demonstrated ability to influence and use evidence-based decision making and other influence techniques to gain commitment for projects and initiatives.
