We are looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics and Optimization, that both develops marketing user experience analytics / test & learn strategies and develops and delivers on reporting needs for the organization. This role influences, manages, creates and optimizes revenue-driving marketing user experience activities based on data, performance, and industry research and trends. The Digital Marketing Analytics and Optimization Manager is part of the Marketing Digital Experience Team, which delivers the end-to-end customer experience. The ideal candidate is curious, passionate about problem solving, enjoys both the tactical and strategy work, and is nimble to keep pace in a growing business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Analytics:

  • Own and lead marketing digital user experience analytics strategy, governance, implementation, maintenance, and reporting across all LightStream products and platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teammates to create/evolve tactics and develop performance and other reports as LightStream grows and the competitive environment changes.
  • Lead the LightStream marketing team through deep diving findings, competitive data sets, and online/offline surveys. Work with teammates on opportunities to achieve their performance marketing goals.
  • Expand analytics capabilities as needed for the business, and maintain existing tools and their related contracts.
  • Manage and maintain proprietary tools and tracking systems from a business perspective.
  • Communicate and document marketing analytics requirements as a subject matter expert to agile development teams. Work directly with product owner, product manager, and solutions architect to create stories and timelines for completion.
  • Liaise with Truist teammates and leaders in analytics, marketing and consumer channels to share best practices, improve strategies, collaborate on shared data collection needs, cross-brand marketing and campaign reporting.


Test & Learn:

  • Own test and learn initiatives (A/B and multivariate), identifying opportunities, logic, test implementation, results/insights and next steps. Collaborate with teams to design new experiences/pricing/features based on the results, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Prepare and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership on performance and optimization opportunities.
  • Research and implement new tools to gain insight into the LightStream audiences and enhance the customer experience.
  • Support UX design on usability study strategy, qualitative/ quantitative analysis to inform and design new website experiences.



Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, math, science, information technology or related disciplines
  • 7+ years of experience analyzing, reporting, testing, providing recommendations and setting digital strategy.
  • Strategic thinker, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proven experience improving business outcomes through conversion rate optimization
  • Fluency with hypothesis testing, especially experimental design and related statistical knowledge.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to take ownership of initiatives
  • Demonstrates a highly collaborative personality and eagerness to work cross functionally
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud including Analytics, Target, Launch, and Media Optimizer.
  • Experience with online surveys (Qualtrics, OpinionLab).
  • Experience with TMS platforms (Ensighten, Adobe Launch).
  • Experience with user testing and usability platforms.
