Job Summary
Grow with Hawke! We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator that is ready to hit the ground running and grow within the email/SMS/Loyalty channel. You will flourish in this role if you have the hunger to learn, ask questions and support your team. This role is expected to collaborate and assist in Q/A process, reporting, data-collection, research, brainstorming, and other Lifecycle responsibilities. You will also get to learn and assist in end-to-end email production from request to briefing, creative approvals, through to setup and execution and review process for all email and SMS campaigns to confirm all content is accurate, links are functional. Job Responsibilities

  • Learning from Lifecycle Marketing campaign managers best practices of the Lifecycle channel, developing strategy capabilities
  • Working with Lifecycle Marketing campaign managers to analyze Lifecycle Marketing KPIs and identify trends to develop strategies and implement optimization tactics
  • Compiling and updating dashboards of Lifecycle Marketing KPIs including but not limited to: automation performance, list growth, AB test results, etc.
  • Rigorously test and proofread each email, verifying copy, layout, links, and dynamic content as well as assessing and addressing any spam risks
  • Working with Lifecycle campaign managers to implement, QA, and edit email templates (HTML or WSYWG) within various ESPs
  • Troubleshooting custom HTML and QA utilizing an Email Testing platform (i.e. Email on Acid, Litmus, etc.)
  • Coordinating and project managing end-to-end email production from request to briefing, through to setup and execution
  • Assisting with data extraction, reporting, and analysis for campaigns


Job Skills:

  • 1 year of digital marketing or lifecycle marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for problem solving
  • Effective time management skills with a high attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills and platforms
  • Experience executing comprehensive list segmentation, lifecycle drip automations and triggered events within an ESP
  • A team player with a client-centric mindset and is constantly seeking ways to improve the client experience
  • Hands-on experience with ESPs such as: Klaviyo, Listrak, Pardot, Mailchimp, Bronto, Sendgrid, Responsys, Hubspot, etc
  • Proven track record of successful project management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to hit and exceed deadlines required
  • Experience with or understanding of web analytics (Google Analytics, Omniture or similar)
  • Basic working knowledge of Photoshop preferred.
  • The ability to thrive in fast paced team oriented environments along with the capability to work independently
  • Experience working within a Project Management platform (i.e. Wrike, Asana, Basecamp, etc)
  • Experience working in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of pivot tables, advanced formulas, and visual data representation preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred
