Role Overview
InStride is seeking a marketer to work consultatively with our partners to onboard, launch and regularly communicate about their InStride-operated education program. This person will work closely with our Customer Success team on specific accounts to provide strategic guidance to our corporate partners with the ultimate goal of engaging their employees to pursue life-changing, career-boosting learning opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Be a strategic leader: own the year-round, multi-channel marketing strategy for a portfolio of corporate partners and drive communications that deliver on the partner’s individual goals
- Identify and support opportunities for our partners to use their programs in external communications
- Track efficiency of campaigns and communication efforts, develop reporting cadence for internal and external partners, and take a data-informed approach to inform ongoing messaging
- Conduct marketing communications discovery sessions with new corporate partners to develop successful marketing and communications plans for launches
- Establish rapport and regularly engage partners to execute on year-round communications plans
- Lead all aspects of development of assets, working with our creative team and vendors (copywriters, designers) to quickly turn around high-quality work
- Partner with the Customer Success team to find opportunities for program expansions in line with our corporate partners’ strategic objectives and support pitch efforts
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Implementation and Creative teams to optimize the learner journey and accelerate movement through the funnel
- Develop tactics to measure and demonstrate value for your portfolio of partners
- Talent acquisition and employer brand marketing a plus!
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years marketing experience in a role developing multi-channel marketing strategies for a variety of clients
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience and comfort presenting to C-level executives to gain consensus and develop champions for your mission
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and quickly pivot as needed with a track record for being timely and on budget
- Experience running multi-channel campaigns including online and offline: social, print, webinars, email, video, advocate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Excited by the challenge of building a world-class business that delivers not only high revenue growth and compelling return on investment, but also has a meaningful impact on society
