About the role
We’re looking for a leader for Offline Marketing to drive innovative and effective acquisition marketing strategies at our fast-growing company. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for ideation, planning, execution, and optimization of offline marketing tactics that drive awareness, consideration, and trial of our offering in the geographic markets where we’re operating. You’re responsible for everything from strategic ideation to flawless execution. This role is highly cross-functional working with teams across marketing, creative, product/technology, data, partnerships, and operations, and you will be responsible for working collaboratively with all stakeholders to have all proper inputs and requirements.
- Develop acquisition marketing programs across offline channels to drive awareness, consideration, and trial
- Build and lead strategies across (but not limited to) direct mail, print advertising, billboards, and out-of-home, radio, TV, and other guerilla marketing tactics
- Drive end-to-end process of marketing strategies including ideating strategies, writing creative or product briefs, defining audience targeting and segmentation, collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing vendors, conducting performance reporting, maintaining content calendars, and driving optimization
- Report on the performance of all activities regularly as compared to plan
The experience you have
- You have 4+ years of experience with offline marketing channels and scaling programs out with business expansion and growth
- Working closely with the in-house Creative teams to drive creative development and execution
- Partnering with the Data team, as well as work independently, to analyze and interpret all campaign responses, customer behaviors, segment performance to optimize acquisition efforts
- You understand how to establish and maintain a disciplined A/B testing approach and effective campaign measurement methodology, including design and management of control groups and regular reporting of results and insights

- You have strong project management skills, are organized, know how to prioritize, and communicate clearly with various other teams to bring projects to execution
