Job Description
Responsible for managing web environment design, user experience, deployment, development, and maintenance activities. Performs quality assurance testing of web sites and web applications.
This position is for a Lead, Digital Marketing within the Consumer Banking Deposits organization. This candidate will support the Marketing Technology (MarTech) strategy, implementation and roadmap for Deposits Acquisition Marketing. This candidate will directly work with the Deposits MarTech team as well as participate in cross-functional enterprise workgroups. This candidate will be responsible for the intake and prioritization process of MarTech projects, authoring in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and maintaining marketing tags in Signal and Adobe Launch.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong technical proficiency of MarTech as well as the capability to integrate this into the overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
Manage the intake and prioritization process for user stories to support MarTech activities
Implement 1st and 3rd party marketing tags within Signal and Adobe Launch
Lead the effort for website updates through authoring within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) based on business requirements submitted in user stories
Provide support as necessary on additional MarTech projects including conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer data platform (CDP) integration
Partners with stakeholders to refine user and business requirements. Processes requirements into web channel strategy, features, and information architecture.
Leads the web site governance process and tracks the health of the site. Utilizes analytics and other data to optimize the site.
Advises on the user experience and ensures consistent representation of the brand across digital platforms.
Identifies and resolves risks and vulnerabilities detected in the web environment.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, Sciences, Business, Technology, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
4+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Communications Integrated Marketing, Web Design, Web Development, UX, or related field
In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Communications Integrated Marketing, Web Design, Web Development, UX, or related field

Comprehension of the Web and Web technology (HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript)
Experience with the full Adobe Suite of Products (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch and Adobe Experience Manager)
Ability to build and interpret analytics reports and dashboards
Experience with customer data platforms (CDP) such as Segment
Experience with WordPress
Experience with Google services including AdWords, Search Console, and Google Analytics
Experience with AdTech Tools (Campaign Manager, SA360)
Experience with technical SEO analysis, site analysis, and reporting
