Job Description
The responsibilities of the Lead Acquisition Digital Marketing (Consumer Banking Deposits team) include: digital marketing strategy, execution and management of campaigns for acquiring new Debit/ Deposits customers and growing balances among existing customers. In this role the main focus will be on efforts within the Affiliate digital marketing channel.
Responsible for developing, executing, and managing partnerships marketing programs.
Responsibilities
Develops and delivers new marketing initiatives to the market.
Oversees campaign and program operations.
Develops, rationalizes, and socializes new marketing opportunities.
Develops program and campaign tracking tools across multiple key performance indicators.
Develops close and productive relationships with partners and prospective partners.
Manages vendor relationships, capabilities, and value equation. Negotiates contracts with vendors.
Deploys and oversees all campaign- and program-related controls and processes.
Develops overall channel account, receivable, and expense plans and forecasts.
Monitor and maintain paid search campaigns, including creation of ad copy, bid management strategies, and implementation of negative keywords.
Track and analyze campaign data against channel goals.
Proactively strategize to grow paid search/SEM program and identify new opportunities.
Stay current with all advancements in search engine marketing and industry-related topics.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor’s Degree
4+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Digital Marketing, Financial Services
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we’d also look for:
Strong experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads; SearchAds360 experience a plus
Experience managing multiple campaigns at once and ability to prioritize numerous projects
Self-starter with a strong attention to detail
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
Strong analytical thinker and a data-driven problem solver
Agency experience preferred
Experience with multi-million dollar marketing budgets
Google and Bing certified
Familiarity working with legal and compliance teams prior to campaign launches
Ability to audit and report on marketing campaigns with honed presentation skills
SEO experience or understanding of SEO and SEM holistic strategies a plus
Working knowledge of Tableau and Adobe or Google Analytics a plus
