Create demand for Honeywell Buildings IoT Services delivered via Honeywell channel partners. These services include remote monitoring, cybersecurity, energy analytics and more that provide building owners optimum building performance and allows them to meet their sustainability goals.
This role may sit anywhere in the US near a major airport. Will work remotely.
- Empower building owners and channel partners to make smart building decisions based on analytics
- Maximize services productivity by doing predictive maintenance instead of time scheduled maintenance.
- Achieve sustainability goals by utilizing cloud solutions and machine learning.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of selling experience in the buildings space (HVAC, Fire, or Commercial Security)
- Valid Driver's License

- Self-starter and independent worker
- IoT technical aptitude
- Significant SaaS or Services selling experience
- Successful networking and relationship building
- Ability to deliver on complex situations with minimal oversight
- Ability to identify even subtle interrelationships and patterns among a variety of problems
