International Brand Leader - Dermatology

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking an International Brand Leader - Dermatology to join our team in Indianapolis, IN.

The International Brand Leader (IBL) for Dermatology is responsible for leading the marketing efforts related to Taltz in dermatology, the execution of Taltz brand strategy across the International Business Unit and for critical commercial input into the Global lifecycle strategy. Responsible for all launch preparedness efforts in International Markets related to lebrikizumab launch in Atopic Dermatitis. Responsible for maximizing our business opportunity in PsO (Psoriasis) with Taltz and kick-off the launch readiness process for lebrikizumab in Atopic Dermatitis. Coaching local marketers, supporting local marketing leadership and the global brand team in ensuring alignment with global strategy, replication of best practices and problem resolution working with numerous stakeholders. Responsible for the foundational preparation work needed to launch in the International Markets lebrikizumab in Atopic Dermatitis. Maximize sales revenue and share of market of Taltz PsO in the IBU markets. Develop and maintain strong partnership, communication and collaboration governance with Taltz global team and ensure implementation of Taltz PsO global brand strategy in individual IBU markets with strong integration of the Global with Local 2.0 model. Drive Next Generation Customer Engagement agenda for Taltz PsO with ownership of digital content development, by ensuring a strong partnership with the IBU MCE team resulting in a strong set of valuable tactics and solutions to be re-used at affiliate level. Serve as the IBU voice in the global Integrated Planning process for Taltz PsO on strategy adjustments and solutions co-creation and lead reviews for customer plans in priority affiliates. Review and report on Taltz PsO performance to lead Immunology/Dermatology Tetrads and IBU management. Guide a close monitoring of market dynamics and the competitive landscape in PsO to anticipate future developments and proactively address challenges. Build and manage the Taltz PsO central budget and operational plans. Maintain commercial community of practice for Taltz PsO, share best practice and drive brand manager engagement. Co-Lead the Dermatology Tetrad team and provide brand strategy guidance to cross-functional partners during strategic and business planning. Serve as key strategic commercial partner to IBU needs are voiced and integrated in pipeline plans related to Dermatology. Coach and develop IBU Dermatology marketing talents. Establish and execute a robust launch readiness roadmap across International Markets for lebrikizumab in Atopic Dermatitis. Work closely with the lebrikizumab Global Marketing teams and represent the IBU voice in the global integrated planning process for lebrikizumab AD. Telecommuting permitted, must live within Indianapolis metro area. Up to 50% international travel required to visit Lilly affiliates overseas, conduct field visits, and meet customers. Job Requirements

Position requires a Master's in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics or related and 5 years of Marketing and Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics or related field and 7 years of Marketing and Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Also must have work experience in:

  • 5 years experience working in cross-functional teams;
  • Experience in planning and delivering marketing strategies in immunology (defined as rheumatology, dermatology or gastroenterology) in international markets;
  • Experience in people development and coaching for results;
  • Experience launching and commercializing brand in major international markets; and
  • 2 years of experience in immunology (defined as rheumatology, dermatology or gastroenterology).
