Position Overview:The Internal Communications Manager at Climate/Bayer Digital Farming Solutions will provide support in the delivery of the internal communications strategy. The successful candidate will develop and distribute content to inform, engage, and align the workforce with the vision, strategy, cultural values, and priorities of the organization. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, this position will have a strong emphasis on storytelling to drive a unified company culture.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead the advancement of employee engagement through thoughtful internal communications strategy development and compelling content creation.
  • Identify internal content opportunities. Write, edit and publish proactive content. Serve as lead administrator for BayerNet (Intranet).
  • Manage day-to-day content opportunities and inquiries with business partners and leaders. Serve as key contact for all internal publishing and promotion.
  • Help develop and implement strategic internal editorial calendar, complete with episodic content, executive visibility initiatives and Bayer communications cascades.
  • Manage employee ambassador programs, employee social media guidelines cascades and internal industry education efforts.
  • Further establish and implement internal communications governance guidance and publishing policy. Manage governance and policy enforcement with internal partners.
  • Lead internal executive visibility initiatives and support executive leadership team in managing important messages with internal audiences.
  • Manage content and logistics for organizational All Hands including senior executive alignment of content
  • Lead material creation for company organizational strategies.
  • Partner with enterprise corporate Communication team to ensure alignment of internal messaging and pass through within organization as needed.
  • Participate in the shaping and development of company change management initiatives and messages.
  • Manage agency team and serve as day-to-day lead for internal communications. Help lead internal communications measurement and reporting processes with agency partners.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing or related field.
  • Five or more years of relevant experience in internal communications or related marketing field.
  • Ability to operate within matrix organization, managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong writing, content development, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of project management.
  • Agency management experience.
  • Agriculture and/or technology company experience.
