PrizePicks is currently hiring for an Integrated Marketing Manager. As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will lead the day-to-day management of PrizePicks’ marketing activities and calendar rollout of all major marketing projects. This role will be responsible for planning, allocating resources, preparing reports, and monitoring progress throughout project lifecycles. This role will be working with key stakeholders across all marketing functions, product teams, and the customer service department. This is an associate-level role with salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to bring innovative campaigns and marketing initiatives to life across all channels

  • Manage daily marketing responsibilities, including top-of-week reporting, building and maintaining marketing calendars, leading the development of integrated channel plans, go-live dates, and getting any shifts to timing to cross-functional teams in a timely manner

  • Own and maintain all necessary resources & go-to-market documentation for all major marketing campaigns

  • Lead post-campaign reporting, and work with the analytics team to create cross-functional KPI reports providing insights and learnings that help inform future strategies and marketing plans

  • Managing the deployment of deliverables

  • Monitoring progress and tracking roadblocks

  • Conducting regular meetings with the appropriate stakeholders & team members

Who we’re looking for

  • Business/Marketing Bachelor's degree

  • 2 year+ experience in the following roles: B2C project management, integrated marketing management, or a related field

  • You have strong strategic and creative thinking skills

  • Solutions oriented

  • You’re passionate about Daily Fantasy Sports

  • You’re proficient in Asana, Google Workspace, Excel, & Slack

  • Demonstrate strong follow-through & ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly

  • Self-starter

  • You’re organized and proficient at creating timelines/Gantt charts & driving best practices around process

Bonus points if you have

  • Worked with Sports marketing companies or DFS/sports betting platforms

  • Managed customer-facing marketing projects across multiple channels

  • PMI certification
