BoomTown is looking for an influencer marketing manager to join the Home & Money team. This is an exciting opportunity if you are interested in recruiting new influencers, creating social media strategies, and managing influencer campaigns. Ultimately you should be able to improve brand awareness and increase lead generation by building strong relationships with influencers in the real estate and finance space. 

You should have strong multitasking skills, a creative mindset to build strong relationships with potential influencers, a deep understanding of branding, and be comfortable presenting and sharing results with both internal and external stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with new influencers across all social media platforms
• Plan and execute influencer marking strategies and campaigns
• Develop content ideas and write and curate content
• Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users
• Initiate new creative approaches to influencer campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and share data with both external and internal stakeholders
• Create agreements and negotiate fair rates for content and leads
• Work with our creative team to develop and execute social media campaigns to improve brand awareness on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or social media
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, communication, or a related field 
• Proven work experience with social media Previous experience in recurring and managing influencers
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to deliver creative content ideas 
• Strong understanding of data and performance-driven campaigns
• Outstanding project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
