BEGiN has a newly created opportunity for a full-time Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team! This role will report to our Influencer Marketing Manager. This role is fully remote based in select US locations*.

Reporting to our Director, Brand Marketing, the Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be supporting our influencer marketing manager in scaling Brand Ambassador prospecting and outreach efforts. 

Brand Ambassador Program:

Our ambassador program is fueled by a rapidly growing community of BEGiN brand lovers and loyalists who are compensated in exchange for sharing authentic testimonials of our products with their audience to drive acquisition, awareness, brand trust, and credibility.

Hours: 35-40 Hours/ week. Flexible days and hours. 

Primary Role Responsibilities:

  • Actively source, evaluate, and pitch membership to BEGiN’s Brand Ambassador program to micro-influencers and content creators to scale our program.
  • Work with the Influencer marketing manager to determine influencer brand fit and audience alignment
  • Ongoing research and list generation of potential prospects with our program management platform GRIN. 
  • Manage day-to-day communications with prospect program members via Grin and platform DM’s (primarily Instagram & TikTok)
  • Manage communication with existing prospects as part of the team’s retargeting strategy to help meet outreach and onboarding program goals.
  • Keep prospects status’ up to date in order to keep the outreach and recruitment process organized
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting progress to meet weekly and monthly prospecting and onboarding goals

Must Haves: 

  • At least 1+ years of internship or work experience in social and/or influencer marketing in a professional setting
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms as they pertain to creators, influencers, and trends– especially on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • A charismatic and proactive style of communication desired for external communication
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and interpersonal skills. Can communicate professionally, effectively, and concisely with ease.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with the GRIN influencer marketing platform is a plus
