Job Description Overview:
The Home Lending Marketing team is seeking a highly effective marketing associate to support the execution of Acquisition and Customer Retention campaigns. The ideal candidate will have exceptional collaboration and campaign execution skills across multiple tactics including print, email, digital marketing, and more. The Home Lending Marketing Senior Associate will partner across multi-functional teams and coordinate all aspects of the campaign execution including strategic direction, list needs, execution steps, and control steps. The Senior Associate must be able to manage and meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities and direction. This individual will need to confidently drive the campaign messaging, ensuring the output is on brand, customer focused, and aligned with the strategy.
Home Lending Marketing, Senior Associate
Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with marketing strategy managers to execute programs once business cases are approved
  • Managing multi-channel marketing execution from concept development to delivery: mail, email, online ads/landing pages, collateral, flyers, event materials, and more
  • Working across multifunctional teams, such as:
    • Internal and external agencies on creative development and execution
    • Legal, Compliance, Fair Lending, Product and Risk for approval of content
    • Print/Production/Fulfillment Agencies (and or liaison)
  • Managing campaigns to ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time and within budget parameters
  • Thinking critically and making recommendations for campaign improvement based on results
  • Contributing innovative and creative ideas as well as best practices
  • Optimizing campaigns to improve results, efficiencies and reduce costs


Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree
  • Strong knowledge of and 7+ years of experience in direct marketing/project management is required. Experience should include: Consumer and Mortgage marketing experience; managing large-scale campaigns including mail, email and digital
  • Agency/vendor management experience
  • Knowledge of database marketing principles, segmentation, testing and results measurement
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and manage the details of marketing project execution including following process and adhering to strict controls
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; ability to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
  • Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Specific experience in financial services and/or agency-side experience is a plus
