Who we are
The North American Performance marketing team is responsible for driving subscription growth and revenue for the US and Canadian markets. The team helps WW optimize and expand its Programmatic presence, helping new and returning WW customers take action and ultimately sign-up for the proven and award-winning WeightWatchers program.
What you will do

  • Own & Execute WW's Global media measurement planning & learning agenda, aiming to maximize business impact, including: market, multi-channel & audience approaches
  • Build your own 1P audiences for user level media testing, working collaboratively with our Data Science & CRM teams on user and/or incremental testing & analysis at large
  • Lead our MMM & MTA partnerships, owning use cases, insights elevation and quarterly/annual data collection & rebuilds
  • Compile global media analysis & insights, as it relates performance drivers/detractors vs. our targets
  • Work directly with our Finance and Data Science partners to support & build ongoing business forecasts
  • Support & augment media projection models, ensuring tracking/trending towards overall business, country & channel level KPI's
  • As a result, be acutely aware of reporting objectives and deliver insights and commentary that can inform and impact performance trend
  • Understand market & regional media performance trends down to channel level, advising Investment teams and/or leadership of trends
  • Collaborate with external partners (Google, Facebook, Neustar,etc) to develop, refine and our measurement framework, taking multiple markets into account
  • Work closely with Email Marketing, Creative, Site Marketing & Promotions, etc to foster continual conversations unto causal/correlated drivers to performance (i.e. promo, audience, etc)
  • Act as Global SME and foster an "open door policy" whereby you converse with, train and augment global team members with a thirst for marketing analytics knowledge


Who you are

  • 10+ years in progressive analytics roles, predominantly marketing based (agency or client (in-house))
  • Demonstrated application of test & learn mantra, through creation and execution of test designs and roadmaps
  • Practical experience with media analytics, sophisticated measurement models & testing methods (split testing, incrementality (lift testing), geo based, etc) to drive business impact
  • Expert understanding of media measurement tools & systems, with specific emphasis on MTA & MMM, to aid in your analysis
  • Expert understanding of marketing ecosystem and how channels/mediums play off one another (or not), especially as it relates to international nuances
  • SQL capabilities are a must (R is an asset)
  • Strong collaboration mindset, as this role will work very closely with the Pricing & Promotions, Data Analytics, Media Strategy and Investment teams
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to turn raw mined data into digestible and actionable insights/recommendations
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related experience in managing media analytics


Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.
Base Salary - $170,000 - $220,000/yr
