In July of 2021, hims & hers acquired Apostrophe, a healthcare technology platform reimagining what dermatology should look like in the 21st century. Apostrophe is the only company to combine a nationwide network of dermatologists and a prescription compounding facility to provide world-class dermatology care at a fraction of the cost or hassle of the traditional healthcare system. Apostrophe is a fully autonomous startup brand under H&H, now with the resources of a multi-billion dollar public company to scale our revolutionary offerings to the stratosphere (donāt forget your SPF!).
Responsibilities:Ā
- Drive revenue planning and budget allocations based on a solid understanding of Apostropheās traffic sources
- Build a deep understanding of Marketing traffic sources and core KPIs
- Grow internal marketing teams (assist in hiring, optimizing org structure, choosing which departments to keep with agencies and which to bring in-house, manage leads from each department)
- Manage advertising agencies and internal marketing leads
- Work alongside brand and creative teams to ensure you are getting the necessary creative assets to continually optimize our marketing channels
- Own a rigorous testing program, aiming to continuously launch, analyze, optimize, and scale new strategies and channels
ExperienceĀ & Skills:Ā
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or revenue management/planning roles
- Outstanding oral, written, and multi-cultural communication skills
- Self-motivated, revenue driven, and passionate about supporting Apostrophe as a leader in the industry
- A deep understanding of and proficiency in SEM and paid social
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
- Experience working in different organizations and business models
- Strong analytical skills and mindset
