Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in technology sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.



Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing people and coaching teams to drive sales and business growth.
  • Experience helping customers transform their approach to business.
  • Knowledge of online to offline strategies as well as traditional and contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy.
  • Understanding of both performance and brand advertising.
  • Ability to contribute operational and product-related thought leadership to the ads business.

The Performance and Growth team is responsible for multiple teams which span all US Sectors. In this role, you will consult and promote to customers with the goal of accelerating growth to drive customer outcomes. You will lead the way and forge a path for growth with our customers and aim to create digital leaders in their respective industries.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with cross-functional talent to deliver insights, ideas, and customer centric solutions to drive growth for our customers and for Google.
  • Develop and foster executive-level relationships.
  • Analyze data trends and performance, develop strategic business plans, and lead preparation and delivery of strategic business presentations and narratives.
  • Partner with leaders of other teams to develop thought leadership that equips teams to deliver growth.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent in roles across the team.
