Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in technology sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.



Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading AdTech and marketing tech sales processes.
  • Experience leading sales teams and other managers.
  • Experience in sales forecasting and managing business projections across multiple product lines.
  • Experience with sales/operations management and strategic planning.
  • Understanding and relationships across the Agency and Partner Ecosystem.
  • Exceptional thought leadership and sales skills.

The Americas Platforms team is the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) Sales organization for Google Large Customer Sales (LCS). Along with the team, you will drive business strategy, go-to-market, and execution for all GMP technology to Google's largest customers and agencies. You will work closely with the LCS and Global Client and Agency Solutions (GCAS) Sales organization to present a customer centric experience.

You are passionate about driving technology adoption and media investment at scale through the understanding of data, technology, and marketing effectiveness. You will shape the ever-changing world of online advertising and marketing leveraging Google technology solutions.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Google Marketing Platform technical sales people and develop effective relationships with agency customers.
  • Manage business forecasting and pipeline, analyze data trends and customer performance, develop strategic account plans, and prepare and conduct strategic business engagements and technology business processes. Collaborate and consult with customers.
  • Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an advocate to specific events and conferences.
  • Grow the business base from a set of priority accounts and increase the usage of the GMP deployed within these priority accounts.
  • Develop and mentor the careers of team members with a focus on global business attributes.
