About You and The Role  

We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic, results-driven marketer to build the global growth marketing function at Zipline. You’ll build and lead our high-touch marketing efforts—account-based marketing campaigns, events, partner marketing, named-account marketing programs – working with our largest government, private sector, NGO, and not-for-profit customers. 

As an early member of the marketing team, you’ll help shape how we reach and interact with our customers, creating inspiring and useful campaigns, resources, and experiences that demonstrate how Zipline can help governments, businesses, health care systems, global non-governmental organizations and more deliver critical services and supplies to their customers and patients, expanding access and helping them to scale their reach. You’ll be a proven leader, counted on to work in close partnership with several teams, including sales, communications, product, and community and government relations.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, a self-starter, and an outstanding communicator with deep cross-cultural sensitivity and the ability to approach their work and stakeholder relationships with an understanding of and respect for regional nuances. You’ll have proven experience with and a passion for crafting and executing events, tailoring campaign messaging and activities to high-potential prospects, working closely with partners to develop go-to-market programs, and crafting experiences that engage customers and differentiate Zipline.

You take a creative approach to challenges and initiatives and never settle for good enough. You’re able to build from zero to one while also taking steps to build for scale. You’re strategic and collaborative with a strong bias to action and you care about doing what’s best for our customers and partners, for Zipline, and your team.

What You'll Do  

  • Work closely with country leads and regional teams to build, tailor, and extend our marketing strategy to reach key business models and verticals. 
  • Build and execute on our global events strategy with a mix of Zipline-hosted events, third party events, and brand activations. 
  • Develop an account-based marketing approach to reach our named account lists with a focus on deal acceleration. 
  • Partner with sales, product, and product marketing to ensure alignment between outbound sales and marketing efforts. 
  • Partner with product marketing and comms to build useful customer case stories.  
  • Partner with community, policy and government affairs to establish Zipline's leadership across the aviation and autonomy industries and alignment of our communications to stakeholders across the governments we seek to partner with
  • Generate user insights and partner closely with sales to develop effective campaign strategies and programs based on those insights.
  • Track, measure and communicate program results, and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts.  
  • Be creative in finding new ways of advising a diverse range of personas about the value Zipline brings to businesses, hospital systems and government programs.

What You'll Bring 

  • 10+ years’ of B2B marketing experience, including expertise in events, customer marketing, account-based marketing, content creation, and multi-channel programs.
  • A proven track record of developing sound marketing strategies and running innovative multi-channel campaigns that exceed target goals.
  • Demonstrable startup mentality with a bias-to-action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superb organisation and project management skills and the capacity to handle multiple sophisticated projects at once.
  • Validated leadership capability and effectiveness working collaboratively and cross-functionally.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data.
