We are looking for a Head of Demand Generation to build a world-class, enterprise demand generation function at Knowde. You will be tasked with building our seller acquisition engine, focused on bringing enterprise and strategic MM sellers on to Knowde through paid channels and a robust marketing automation program. You will also be tasked with building out a marketing ops function, with a focus on building and managing an industry-leading marketing tech stack and partnering with the analytics team to manage lead ingestion, database quality and audience health. 

What You'll Be Doing

• Build a world-class DG function that drives sales pipeline and supports top-line company metrics 
• Think creatively about seller acquisition — create highly targeted and relevant cross-channel campaigns for ENT audiences across industries/verticals 
• Build a robust and personalized marketing automation engine to expand/increase pipeline 
• Build and manage the DG tech-stack, with a focus on efficient lead ingestion and maintaining data quality
• Measure, optimize and report on cross-channel performance 

What You Should Have

• Deep understanding of enterprise DG/ABM 
• Track record of successfully scaling performance marketing teams 
• Strong data/analytics background — passion for metrics and measurement
• Informed opinion on best-in-class tech stack — experience with vendor selection and implementation 
• Experience running/measuring awareness programs 
• Marketing automation experience (email/lifecycle marketing) 
• Able to think creatively about campaigns
