We're looking for a Head of Customer Marketing who is passionate about...customers! You’ll be a key partner to our product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to drive deeper product adoption, retention, loyalty, and advocacy.
If you're a "builder", this is the role for you. Be our chief customer storyteller, build our customer reference program, kickoff our customer advisory board and help the entire organization deeply understand all the ways in which we deliver value to our customers.
Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you'll roll up your sleeves, collaborate across other business functions, develop relationships with customers and inspire team members.

The Role:

- Define, build and grow the customer marketing function at ClickUp

- Develop meaningful relationships with key customer advocates to support ClickUp's growth plans

- Establish a customer journey map and determine ideal customer marketing programs that deepen engagement and loyalty

- In partnership with Customer Success, Sales and Marketing, build a programmatic approach to driving customer expansion

- Develop a customer story engine that delivers a consistent flow of high value customer stories and associated content

- Build a Customer Advisory Board to offer guidance on company strategy and to provide input on our products and services

- Manage the customer reference program to enable efficient outreach for references to support the efforts of the sales team

- Define and jointly develop a process to track and analyze ROI for customer engagement and advocacy efforts.

 

Qualifications:

- 8+ years experience in a customer marketing or customer advocacy role in the enterprise SaaS space

- Proven experience developing and mobilizing a strong network of customer advocates

- Ability to to engage at all levels within an organization

- Familiarity with customer marketing platforms (Influitive, RO Innovation, etc.)

- Experience supporting enterprise-focused sales and customer success teams

- Excellent writing and communication skills, including presentation skills
