Mission:

  • Establish SpotMe thought leadership as the #1 Hybrid Online Experience Software for Enterprise
  • Become the spokesperson and social authority in the field of online event management
  • Own the content creation and distribution strategy cross channels, 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the content creation and distribution strategy across channels and the editorial calendar to execute content that builds our brand and drives revenue.
  • Lead in-house and external talent to scale content initiatives as needed across all channels
  • Stay on top of content trends and experiment with new ways to deepen audience engagement with our brand.
  • Own the end-to-end content creation and review process
  • Establish frameworks that hold our content activities to high standards of clarity, effectiveness, quality, and style, ensuring that all of our content is on-brand
  • Build excellent relationships with industry thought leaders and establish content collaborations
  • Content creation, blogs, tweeting, podcasting, streaming attending social events, and other evangelism efforts are essential to the success of this role.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience leading content marketing for SaaS products.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team and agencies 
  • Excellent communication skills and experience across media (written, video, audio)
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills paired with meticulous taste and a growth mindset.
  • A deep understanding of the online event industry (preferred)
  • Proven track record of public presentations.

At SpotMe we are committed to providing a fair and competitive compensation. We have benchmarked the position across the USA and Europe, and we have defined an on-target compensation range of $80,000 to $127,500. However, when we are extending offers, we are considering multiply other factors like years of experience, level of expertise, location, cost of living, etc. Our Recruiters are explaining the SpotMe compensation approach during the first interviews, but we are also available for questions at [email protected]
