Director, Head of Brand and Communication
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF
Duda is looking for an inspirational Director, Head of Brand and Communication, to join our fast-growing Marketing team leadership!
You will act as a brand champion with both internal and external teams, customers and partners. You will leverage our brand purpose and mission to identify and develop a compelling integrated marketing communication strategy that builds the brand and drive results.
When it comes to content, you will raise the bar and lead editorial content to engage our customers and community in a creative and compelling way, having them rave about the value they are getting from it.
You will lead! This is a highly collaborative, visible, and cross functional role, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and managing a team of high performing content and social managers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee global brand and content marketing, including brand strategy, annual and quarterly planning, events, sponsorships, PR/communications, influencers, strategic partnerships, brand content, and social media
- Defining objectives and determining strategy to grow brand awareness and engagement that focuses on needle movers outcomes
- Define and execute a content strategy that will supercharge our efforts from top of the funnel brand awareness all the way down the funnel to closing deals
- Plan, build and maintain an integrated global marcom calendar- Driving alignment of marketing initiatives across the organization
- Understanding the competitive landscape and developing marketing strategies to differentiate our brand in the marketplace
- Be a senior manager in the marketing organization, not only managing your own team but also helping the overall team to success!
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 10+ years’ experience in B2B, Saas or consumer marketing, with proven experience in leading brand and content teams
- Have people management experience in high growth, fast pace companies
- Ability to balance strategy and tactics to drive proven growth through flawless execution
- Excellent collaborator with an ability to lead cross functional teams and external partners
- A storyteller with strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments and rapidly changing priorities

When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you. We consider the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay in the Denver area and make sure there’s equal pay for equal work among those you’ll be working with. When meeting the requirements, the minimum of what you can expect for this position is $200,000. The actual offer will vary depending on the candidate's skills and competencies.
