Unstoppable Domains is looking for a Head of B2B Marketing to build out our Enterprise marketing strategy and deliver on our vision to become Web3’s most desirable company to work with for major Crypto Wallets and Exchanges. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will refine our Partner value narrative, scale our outreach and build up our account-based marketing strategy to increase our brand visibility among our major Partners. This role will work closely with Sales/BD, Product, PR, Events, and various groups with Marketing (Content, Digital, Lifecycle, Social & Product Marketing). The ability to creatively problem-solve and effectively communicate at the executive level and across functions will be crucial for success.

Our ideal candidate will have significant experience building a B2B enterprise strategy, building awareness, developing our brand, and being a creative storyteller. You will be responsible for building, managing, and developing the B2B marketing team. This position reports to the VP of Marketing and will also work closely with leadership. 

You will lead the development of our enterprise marketing strategy to increase the traffic of high-quality leads, further developing Unstoppable Domains as the leading Web3 brand partner for crypto exchanges and wallets.

You Will:

  • Develop a comprehensive, cross-channel, marketing strategy to generate awareness and interest from prospective Partners. 
  • Craft the Unstoppable Domains story for Partners- including thought leadership and case studies, deployed across multiple channels (including IRL and digital events, and other earned, owned, and paid channels).
  • Drive and accelerate marketing-driven pipeline based on Unstoppable Domains business goals, such as the volume of Partner integrations and new member growth.
  • Design and implement account-centric programs to grow adoption of Unstoppable Domains platform and products among existing Partners.
  • Ability to scale 1:1 experiences to a broader set of major Partner accounts without losing the high-touch white-glove experience.
  • Nurture a trusted relationship with the business development team by serving as the primary contact responsible for Marketing execution campaigns happening to their target accounts.
  • Own Enterprise marketing measurement and tracking working with the Analytics team, reporting to cross-functional teams and UD leadership on a regular cadence.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing with expertise in Enterprise marketing, account-based marketing, field events, campaign management, and email marketing.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, acting as a trusted subject-matter expect.
  • ​​Great project management skills and ability to work efficiently across teams. 
  • Experience building, leading, and motivating a growing team.
  • Good problem solver, able to identify problems and opportunities. Will work proactively to solve them, as well as manage complex timelines. 
  • First-class communication skills, with experience articulating a vision and roadmap, and the ability to conceptualize and ideate initiatives with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with crypto / NFT / blockchain / web3 appreciated but not essential as long as you are keen to dive quickly into the rabbit hole.
