Job Description

We’re looking for a results-oriented EMEA GSI Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment to help accelerate our marketing efforts in one of our fastest growing segments. The EMEA GSI Marketing Manager will be responsible for working with our Tier 1 GSI partners to set our EMEA go-to-market strategy, and making use of existing global strategies, and develop and execute marketing programs to increase awareness and drive demand, in support of our strategic priorities and growth objectives.
 

Planning & Execution

  • Develop, refine and implement quarterly/six month marketing plans aligned to each Tier 1 EMEA GSIs goals and strategies to include communication and awareness, thought leadership and demand generation 

  • Build relationships deep and wide within the GSIs; and secure partner commitment on marketing plans

  • Communicate quarterly/six month plans to both EMEA and Global GSI leadership via QBRs and other planning sessions, also ensuring alignment with our GTM strategies

  • Ensure marketing programs and tactics delivered on time, within budget, meeting ROI expectations/pipeline forecast


Elevate Demand

  • Focus on executing impactful campaigns tailored to individual Tier 1 EMEA GSIs

  • Identify opportunities to leverage EMEa GSI relationships to support corporate marketing programs

  • Foster creativity and find new ways to market with partner teams


Marketing

  • Lead the creation of joint marketing campaigns for EMEA Tier 1 GSIs including content, events, multi-touch demand generation programs and ABM and coordinate with global demand generation teams for execution

  • Support the development of Joint Thought leadership content with Product Marketing teams 

  • Provide regular marketing updates to key stakeholders via weekly calls and email communications

  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs against GSI pipeline growth targets and focus areas

Qualifications

Action oriented, ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment, good written, verbal communication and strategic thinking skills as well as tactical execution, experience with SFDC, Allocadia and G Suite are a plus
Education & Experience: 

 

  • BA in Marketing or other related field, 7+ years of experience in partner marketing and previous experience and knowledge of working with GSIs a bonus

  • Strong program management, project management, and organisation skills

  • Ability to take the lead in a challenging environment with multiple priorities across internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of working across sales and marketing teams and internal/external partner organisations

  • Ability to take initiative, solve problems and make continuous process improvements in a growing organisation
