Republic Crypto is broken down into 3 main business segments;
- Advisory - which focuses on working closely with clients and partners to design a token (digital asset), corresponding value delivery models, and marching them towards successful private fundraising events (with that newly developer digital asset and value proposition)
- Tokenization - which focuses on the engineering (token generation events or TGEs) and the distribution of digital assets. In addition, the Tokenization team works to deliver ancillary smart contract technologies that are imperative for the success of our client’s and partner’s digital asset
- Token Sales - which focuses on the public sale of digital assets via the Republic platform and by way of various regulatory structures and investment instruments. These sales are conducted in a legally compliant and secure manner, which is one of Republic Crypto’s major competitive advantages
What you'll do:
- Work with the Head of Growth in strategizing and developing go-to-market strategies for different web3 native companies
- Support the Head of Growth in operationalizing and organizing current RAS engagement processes to help scale and develop the Growth Advisory division
- Provide various network support, helping Growth Advisory projects connect strategic partners within our ecosystem of projects, community groups, and influencers
- Build and maintain the clients’ workspace in Notion, keeping up to date with project statuses (delays, milestones, etc.)
- Coordinate with all internal team members as needed to make sure they are engaged with the client to execute on deliverables
- Capture and organize important notes and action items from client calls
- Support the Head of Growth in developing and operationalizing growth marketing work stream
Who you are:
- 1-2 years of growth marketing and project marketing experience
- Experience and/or strong interest in blockchains, smart contracts, and cryptocurrencies
- Experience in building or participation in web3 project community building and brand building
- A solutions-oriented individual who enjoys collaboration and can coordinate with others to deliver on both individual and team projects
- An individual who is capable of engaging directly with clients/partners in a positive and goal-oriented manner
- Branding experience is a plus
