We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to drive strategy and execution for our Seed program, which seeks to identify and scale early-stage growth areas for the company. Based out of our Charlotte, NC office, you will be a key team member helping design, develop and implement marketing campaigns across numerous channels, such as email, in-product and paid, that test new concepts and categories for Credit Karma. In this highly strategic and visible role, you’ll collaborate extensively with cross-functional teammates across partnerships, analytics, product and operations to identify opportunities to further impact Credit Karma’s members and grow its business.
What You'll Do:
- Generate data-driven hypotheses for marketing campaigns, execute A/B tests, and apply knowledge of basic statistics (e.g. sample size, significance) to separate signal from noise
- Develop processes and frameworks that will scale with a growing organization
- Drive ad/campaign/audience testing while partnering across the organization to impact landing page generation, multivariate testing, and automation of marketing infrastructure
- Work with internal stakeholders to best manage the account using the available data while being a thought partner on data infrastructure
- Implement email and in-product marketing campaigns using Credit Karma’s homegrown technical systems
Minimum Basic Requirements:
- 3-5 years of growth marketing experience
- Has demonstrated experience scaling & optimizing large-scale marketing campaigns
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with SQL/BQ and Looker
- Successfully create succinct and easy-to-understand reporting and analysis to optimize performance marketing and support the wider business and teams
- Can drive overall marketing strategy from forecasting, budgeting, and planning--to resource allocation, prioritization, campaign execution, optimization, and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Entrepreneurial zeal, and a drive to break open new growth opportunities for the company
