THE ROLE

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving new member acquisition through Paid Search and Paid Shopping (PLA) ads. This is an exciting role for someone looking to have ownership of crucial acquisition channels that directly impact the business’s growth. Someone who enjoys turning data into action and has an inherent curiosity and desire to learn through testing will love this role. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and drive Non Brand & Branded Search and Shopping (PLA) customer acquisition strategy that aligns to the overall goals for growthManage day to day of the campaigns, including optimization, reporting, testing
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly reporting plus ad hoc analysis to determine short and long term optimizations and support forecasting needs
- Manage Google and other ad platform relationships to ensure we are receiving first class sales support and are positioned to take advantage of new betas and platform changes
- Develop and execute an ongoing testing roadmap to improve channel performance and align with the overall marketing strategy
- Identify and utilize optimization strategies such as creative, messaging, audience, targeting, and landing page tests to continuously improve performance
- Partner closely with cross functional teams including analytics and tech to build growth solutions that improve channel performance and efficiency of managing campaigns
- Partner with internal stakeholders in marketing, creative, UX, and product to share best practices, test results, and channel performance to ensure cross functional alignment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 4+ years of user acquisition marketing, specifically in Search and Shopping
- Hands on experience in digital marketing platforms, especially Google
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage, optimize, and scale million dollar performance marketing budgets
- Highly analytical; comfortable working with large data sets, optimizing for KPIs, and turning analysis into action
- Excellent communication (written, verbal & presentation) skills
- Proven track record for solving problems through technology
- Experience managing third party providersExperience in subscription, e-commerce and/or health, grocery or wellness
- Experience managing a large scale Search program in-house preferred
