The Opportunity
Being a marketplace, Afterpay enjoys the flywheel effect of consumer growth leading to merchants' growth resulting in consumer growth and so on. The Growth Marketing Manager, Marketplace will be responsible for ideating, strategizing and executing on merchant-led growth tactics. You will build campaigns and test growth levers to drive mutual growth for Afterpay in partnership with our merchants. You will be a key contributor to driving Afterpay’s merchant-led growth. 

Responsibilities
We are much more than our job descriptions, but here’s where you will begin….

Ideate and build experiments testing merchant growth levers 
Build programs and processes to scale effective levers
Partner with Afterpay merchants to implement tests and identify growth opportunities 
Work cross-functionally with analytics to measure impact of our tests and report back to Afterpay and merchant teams 
Collaborate with Product to build solutions/ levers to drive growth in partnership with our merchants 
Provide regular updates and share learnings with Growth and Cross-functional teams 

Minimum Qualifications

5-6 years of growth/ performance marketing experience
Experience/background in either: eComm, Affiliate, Paid, Growth Marketing, Product 
Deep analytical rigor
Detail & process oriented
Test and learn mindset 
Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
