We are hiring a Digital Growth Marketing Manager out of our Charlotte, NC office who will own the strategic direction and execution of our digital acquisition program (e.g. SEM, YouTube, Facebook, App Install, Affiliates etc.). This individual will be responsible for all marketing channel management, technology enablement, cross-functional relationships, and stakeholder communication in pursuit of a goal to efficiently scale our new (and reactivated) member acquisition.  You will determine the allocation of a large monthly marketing budget, drive ROI for the business, and enjoy high visibility to senior marketing leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Own entire channels and strategies - you own the ideation, prioritization, & execution of all marketing optimization levers while managing SEM, Display, YouTube, Facebook, App Install & other experimental channels
  • Generate data-driven hypotheses to improve marketing performance, design and execute tests using measurement frameworks, and apply knowledge of basic statistics (e.g. sample size, significance) to separate signal from noise
  • Develop processes and frameworks that will scale within a matrixed organization across multiple stakeholder audiences
  • Shape creative strategy via data-driven insights, principles, and feedback loops, partnering across the organization to systematically improve the performance of creative assets
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, BI, Marketing Technology, Brand, Creative, Research, Marketing Leadership, and external partners to transform the team’s best ideas into actionable strategies that uplevel the digital acquisition program

Minimum Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience owning digital marketing channels or entire programs that exceed performance goals
  • Advanced Excel and/or SQL user
  • Track record of using data-driven insights to drive growth in marketing channels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Track record leading complex projects with multiple partners and stakeholders
  • Hands-on, high capacity doer with demonstrated experience unlocking, scaling, and improving the efficiency of digital video marketing channels
  • Ability to both define and execute a marketing strategy--from opportunity sizing, forecasting, budgeting, planning, and stakeholder alignment--to resource allocation, prioritization, enablement, campaign launch, optimization, reporting, and stakeholder communication
