We are hiring Growth Marketing Associate II for our Charlotte office. Credit Karma is growing quickly, and you will be a key part of accelerating that growth. In this role, you will help create highly personalized messages and product experiences that touch millions of members every day across owned channels.

As a Growth Marketing Associate II you will join a cohort of other Associates - together you will learn all of the skills needed for a future career in marketing, technology and content strategy. Our leadership team will guide you through an apprenticeship learning environment with personalized coaching and mentoring. You will have areas of ownership from day one, with self-guided projects coupled with instruction delivered by senior members on the team covering foundational concepts. Our team will ensure your success by creating a fun learning environment that is led by industry experts AND reinforced by shadowing programs, personalized reviews & feedback until you are ready to fly. Additionally, Credit Karma prioritizes and encourages internal mobility so you will have opportunities to work on many different functional teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Own marketing and other member-facing initiatives from inception to launch across multiple channels
- Use data to identify opportunities to engage with members as well as define segmentation and targeting strategies
- Work closely with cross functional partners such as Product, Engineering, Copy, Design and Brand to transform your ideas into compelling members experiences
- Analyze initiative / campaign performance and develop strategies to drive further growth and optimize member experiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship in a B2C marketing role
- Masters or Technical degree (Economics, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, etc.)
- Experience with SQL / other programming languages
- Intermediate Excel functionality
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High energy and positive attitude with a "can do" solution-oriented mindset
