About the Team

The Growth & Performance Marketing team at Stitch Fix is responsible for driving new client acquisition and client re-engagement through digital and offline growth channels. At its core, Stitch Fix is a personalization service, and our team leverages data to bring that same level of personalization to our marketing -- thus driving more effective and efficient acquisition and re-engagement. Partnering closely with the broader marketing team on creative, brand, and CRM, as well as data science and engineering, we deploy a significant budget against a wide array of marketing channels, while experimenting across new channels and within existing ones.

About the Role

In this position, you will have the chance to lead and develop never-been-done tactics that allow us to more effectively acquire new clients, activate dormant clients, and retain engaged clients via paid search and display channels. You’ll work closely with our data science team on deploying the latest scientific methods for measuring ad effectiveness, building algorithmic solutions for personalizing creative assets, and testing into new acquisition instruments. You’ll balance an at-scale approach to our mature businesses, while supporting the startup phase of numerous new business launches and product expansions. As a pivotal part of the Growth team, you’ll work with talented partners across marketing, creative, data science, engineering, product, and merchandising.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Own the optimization and management of the paid search & display program across Google and Bing, including structure and targeting improvements, keyword expansion, creative deployment, reporting, and budget maintenance.
  • Develop a productive optimization process to quickly identify and respond to changes in performance.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities for growth and efficiency gains.
  • Sustain a high-velocity and high-integrity experimentation environment while partnering with cross-functional teams on test design and measurement.
  • Pull and analyze data, teasing out trends, insights, and new tactics.
  • Collaborate closely with growth team members and cross-functional stakeholders – sharing learnings regularly and applying proven tactics across the program.
  • Establish yourself as an expert in the rapidly evolving paid search/display space, staying ahead of industry trends, emerging products, and best practices to support our continued business growth.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or another quantitative field (e. consulting, market research, product development).
  • You have strong proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, basic modeling), in addition to basic competency in SQL.
  • You are comfortable working with large datasets.
  • You have experience presenting complex topics to technical and non-technical teams.
  • You understand the principles behind incrementality and are deeply curious about how ad measurement is evolving.
  • You are motivated by challenge. You have the drive and hunger to solve challenging, yet important problems.

Why you'll love working at Stitch Fix...

  • We are a group of bright and kind people who are motivated by challenge. You can be your authentic self here, and are empowered to encourage others to do the same!
  • We are a successful, fast-growing company at the forefront of tech and fashion, redefining retail for the next generation
