Role 🎨

• Build and optimize beautiful, high-converting, highly-shared, multichannel (e.g. email, SMS, direct mail) lifecycle engagement campaigns to drive exponential growth in acquisition, retention, and referrals.

• Relentlessly improve engagement programs through ongoing testing and optimization.

• Study other best-in-breed programs and regularly meet with experts to drive continued improvement.

• Work with Mindbloom’s Head of Growth to prioritize and execute growth experiments.

• Experience: 2+ years as a growth marketer of a direct-to-consumer product, with a proven track record of driving exponential growth

• Growth Guru: You see the big picture, and know how to prioritize and execute on the most impactful experiments
