Role 🎨
• Build and optimize beautiful, high-converting, highly-shared, multichannel (e.g. email, SMS, direct mail) lifecycle engagement campaigns to drive exponential growth in acquisition, retention, and referrals.
• Relentlessly improve engagement programs through ongoing testing and optimization.
Study other best-in-breed programs and regularly meet with experts to drive continued improvement.
Work with Mindbloom’s Head of Growth to prioritize and execute growth experiments.

• Experience: 2+ years as a growth marketer of a direct-to-consumer product, with a proven track record of driving exponential growth
Growth Guru: You see the big picture, and know how to prioritize and execute on the most impactful experiments
Creative Storyteller: You understand consumer communications, and you can craft messaging that resonates and converts
• Mission-Obsessed: You have a deep personal connection to altered states of consciousness
• Remote-able: You excel in a remote-first, writing-based culture of freedom and responsibility
Player-Coach: You still roll up your sleeves to execute, and you know when and how to build a diverse and stunning team
• Creates Transformation Outcomes: You have a track record of driving initiatives from ideation through completion that move the needle
Makes Exceptional Decisions: You use rigor, data, and speed to make intentional decisions
• Practices Intellectual Honesty: You seek and speak the truth directly and possess high courage and low ego
