We are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to join our team! As a critical part of the Demand Generation function, this position will work in lockstep with Rescale’s Partner team to strategize, execute and optimize co-marketing campaigns that grow brand awareness, penetration and engagement at target accounts. This high-visibility role will be responsible for influencing new pipeline generation, accelerating existing opportunities, and driving customer growth within key accounts. 

At Rescale, this means you will work on and impact:

  • Building a partner marketing strategy and campaign plan in collaboration with Demand Generation and the Partner Team
  • Build strong working relationships with marketing teams at our partners and build towards creating annual joint marketing plans
  • Execute co-marketing campaigns to drive new logo acquisition across our target accounts 
  • Enable the sales teams to effectively follow up on partner campaign sourced leads
  • Collaborate with product marketing to produce and operationalize better together messaging with our partners
  • Accurately measure, optimize and report on partner marketing investments

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of B2B partner or demand generation marketing, with at least 1 year managing partner marketing programs at a tech or software company
  • Prior experience with cloud computing or marketing to technical audiences (e.g. IT, software engineers, engineers, scientists etc.) is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partner relationships and drive opportunity creation through co-marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and ability to derive actionable conclusions and report out on results 
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce or other comparable tools is required
