The Role
You are a curious, technology-minded person with a passion for building world class campaigns. You are an engaged problem solver, an empathic communicator, and you’ve demonstrated the ability to think strategically, partner cross-functionally and drive large scale programs to conclusions:
Taking a lead role to drive our approach to marketing campaigns based on the newly created campaign framework execution playbook with adhering to the company’s strategic goals and market’s themes.
Develop and manage the implementation of pipeline generation and acceleration campaigns around specific products, use-cases, verticals, personas or messages addressing primarily net new logo but extending to existing customers and partner segments
Work across the product practices, marketing and sales leaders to shape campaign themes for a yearlong timeframe
Coordinate with key marketing functions as they fulfil on the programs that comprise a campaign (Reputation, Demand, Engagement and Enablement) and the tactics that comprise these programs
Maintain a multi-channel marketing calendar and program plan to ensure alignment and collaboration across marketing
Working with the marketing operations team to setup and manage campaigns performance KPIs, providing top level and deep insight reporting
Provide detailed analysis at global and regional levels to understand and improve campaign performance
Manage the day-to-day management activities of a campaign (e. g. project management activities, periodic management meetings, performance measurement, budgeting), including working with a cross-functional team to drive activity tracking and support execution against campaign goals and objectives
Coordinate campaign interlocks with facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration
Evolve repeatable processes and best practices for campaign development and management
Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques and processes
Act as an ombudsman for questions on campaign priorities, responsibilities, resources, and timing
QA campaigns before launch to ensure proper routing, tracking, data flow, and execution
About You
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing and executing multi-touch, integrated campaigns, primarily in B2B technology
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while interacting with multiple stakeholders
Understanding the SiriusDecisions Campaign Framework is desirable but not essential
Proven experience in split testing, measuring & optimizing performance of marketing campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, data analysis and presentation skills
Solid understanding of the different functions of marketing
Understanding of current marketing technologies and trends, marketing mix, including digital, social, direct
You are naturally inquisitive, always looking for answers with the ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level
Hands on experience with Marketo, Salesforce Tableau, Domo is desirable
