Marketing
As a member of our Marketing team, you’ll play a lead role in creating programs and campaigns that enable us to tackle an immense, $20 billion/year global market. You will be a key stakeholder in crafting our culture as we scale.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
As the Field Marketing Manager, you will report to the Sr Manager, Field Marketing to:
•Develop a territory plan to speak to our buyer personas to help us hit our pipeline targets.
•Oversee planning, production, and execution of in-territory events in the US & Canada.
•Drive qualified leads for the sales team.
•Manage event planning, venue selection, vendor management, budget management, event staffing, on-site event management, event follow-up, and reporting.
•Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing and Sales teams to develop end-to-end programs that drive results.
Requirements
•2-4 years of experience in relevant field or event marketing roles.
•Demonstrated experience building demand generation and field marketing programs from beginning to end that drive net-new leads and pipeline.
•Experience working with CRMs and marketing automation systems such as SFDC and Marketo.
•Proven project management skills, detail oriented, and organized.
•Excellent written, verbal communication, and analytical skills.
•Startup background preferred with experience in fast-paced growth environments.
•4 Year Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
•Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time.
