Field Marketing Manager
Job Description
We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager (USA) to join Procore’s growing Marketing team. In this role, you’ll plan and execute field programs and events that generate and accelerate pipeline from key accounts and regions to drive revenue targets.
As a Field Marketing Manager, you’ll develop field marketing plans that are aligned with broader campaigns to ensure consistent messaging and positioning in the market. You’ll partner directly with Sales and Customer Success teams to facilitate in-person engagement between Procore revenue teams and top accounts that maximizes pipeline generation and acceleration. This role is ideal for someone who loves working cross-functionally to combine a detail-oriented event planning approach with an understanding of sales needs into a cohesive field marketing plan.
This role will report to our Senior Manager, Field Marketing and has the opportunity to sit out of any of our US offices or remotely within the US, for those residing near a major US airport. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate with account executives, sales leaders, customers success managers, campaign marketers, and partner teams to build the right field programs and activities to support the business needs and drive pipeline generation and acceleration.
Develop a deep alignment with the Enterprise business and US Enterprise Sales teams for Owners, General Contractors or Specialty Contractors to understand top regions and accounts to target field activities.
You will create and execute high-quality personal experiences/events to drive engagement and generate business for our clients and key prospective clients in each of our target markets
Effectively project manage the end-to-end process for all programs from initial strategy planning, logistics, internal education and communications to execution, post-event reporting and proactively managing follow-up for business opportunities
Ideate and manage content at field events to position Procore as the leader in our key markets - collaborate with other internal teams to ensure the right thought-leadership is prominent at the association gatherings, field events, and tradeshows within our key regions.
Build strategic relationships with our key accounts and target executives
Develop quarterly OKRs in line with overall marketing goals. Track metrics weekly and report on marketing contributions to pipeline and acceleration. Analyze performance and make adjustments to plans
Up to 50% domestic travel to field events and tradeshows
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
8+ years of experience working in customer and lead nurturing relationship management experience in B2B technology environment
Exceptional communication writing and editorial skills; creative mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills and highly collaborative nature, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with key customers, prospects, business partners, sales, customer support, and product teams
Strong project management skills, very organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and juggle/meet multiple deadlines
Experience assisting in the successful organization and coordination of trade shows or market-facing events; ability to be effective working remotely while traveling
Analytic, pragmatic, and action-oriented, with a proven track record of being a creative, strategic, problem solver
Experience using a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce, and proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Office, Google Applications, event management software; user experience preferred
