Aircall is looking for a Demand Generation Manager DACH, BENELUX & Nordics to build and manage a successful field marketing specialist team. This Manager will partner with the Sales team to develop the strategy and support revenue, pipeline as well as define other goals of the areas.
Your mission @Aircall:
- Manage an amazing team composed of field marketers.
- Support and provide guidance to your team on building and executing the marketing plan to support the regional sales strategy and ensure great execution.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team and sales team to ensure strategy and process alignment, great communication and smooth collaboration at a market level.
- Analyse results, metrics and reports to determine market healthiness, challenges and define clear next steps - In collaboration with your team.
A little more about you:
- Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with strong work ethic
- An expert on the DACH, BENELUX & Nordics markets where you will be leveraging marketing initiatives and communities
- You have solid experience as a field marketer in high technology B2B enterprise software or SaaS
- Marketo and Salesforce knowledge would be a plus
- You have previous management experience
- An operational level (spoken and written) in German and English is required
