In this job, you will be supporting the strategic growth of the business in the CEUR region (DACH + Eastern Europe), aligning marketing strategy with our sales organization. The goal is to raise awareness, educate the market, build pipeline and grow customer advocacy in the region.

Your deep understanding of the local market will enable you to take our comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns to market. You’ll design and execute strategic and tactical programs that educate and engage target audiences, drive the end-to-end sales process and support the customer lifecycle. This includes various forms of programs and activities such as targeted use-case driven digital campaigns, C-Level events, and personalized account based marketing plans.

You should enjoy analysis and deriving business insights from data to make smart decisions. We operate in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, so your outstanding communication skills will be required. Your success will have a direct impact and will be highly visible!

Responsibilities:

  • Align corporate goals and local priorities to agreed quarterly regional marketing objectives
  • Build and execute regional programs including relevant field events and digital marketing strategy (entire marketing mix including ABM) to deliver pipeline coverage for the sales organization
  • Collaborate internally with other functions of the global marketing team 
  • Promote advocacy with case studies, speaking opportunities, PR and social media 
  • Manage the regional budget and research, select and negotiate external vendor services 
  • Work with approved partners and agencies for content localization and adaptation to ensure brand and editorial consistency, setting the same high standards for planning, execution and deliverables 
  • Make informed recommendations to the business and lead change to take advantage of opportunities, overcome challenges and deliver return on investments

Qualifications

 Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of directly relevant, hands-on marketing experience in a B2B technology environment 
  • Experience in digital programs, social media and/or account based marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and execute successful integrated marketing programs
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation and problem solving skills
  • Native German speaker
  • Business fluency in English
